The History of the Company dates back to seventies when Mr. M.V. Bhagwat the senior partner of the Company was associated with number of premier institutions in India. During his association with them, he was instrumental in offering them suitable advice in conducting their line of projects, develop and manufacture specialized research apparatus required for their projects and usher in the import substitutes necessary for the projects.

He started his own organization in 1980 and achieved remarkable success. He developed the first fully indigenous Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer. The E.T.O. Sterilizer was awarded the prestigious G.S.Parkhe Industrial Merit Prize by Maratha Chamber of Commerce & Industries (Pune) and Dahanukar Entrepreneur Award in 1983 .

The existing product range has been acknowledged as a totally reliable and faultless by the Medical institutions throughout India. However, we are still exploring possibilities of achieving major breakthroughs, as in the past.

The company  under the brand name Rujikon^TM has also developed specialised Endoscopy Accessories for Urology and Gastroenterology like Dormia Baskets,Triprong Forceps,Savary-Gilliard type Guide Wires etc.
