Kaustubh Enterprises, Rujikon^® was started by Mr. M.V. Bhagwat in 1980 and the firm is Instrumental in development & manufacture of Ethylene Oxide Sterilizers (Steriliser) and ETO cartridges. The ETO Sterilizers (Steriliser) we manufacture are available in Manual, Semi Automatic & Automatic models. These meet the requirements of all Private surgeons ie : General, Eye, Orthopaedic, Cosmetic, Neuro, Cardiovascular & all Small Nursing Homes, Medium & Big Hospitals, Medical institutions and the entire health care sector.

The organization is the brainchild of Mr.M.V.Bhagwat He was associated with many prestigious R&D Institutions known worldwide for more than 42 years. He handled numerous R&D projects and developed wide range of appliances and equipments for the PhD Students of pure and applied sciences faculties. His Knowledge and experience of years paved his path to innovate the ETO Sterilizer (Steriliser) in 1980 and he became the first person in INDIA to develop and subsequently manufacture the “ Rujikon^® ETO Sterilizer (Steriliser)”.

Later his son Mr. Kaustubh Bhagwat (CEO) with Masters Degree in pure sciences joined the organization in 1986 and took over the upgradation and marketing of ETO Sterilizers (Sterilisers), Moving ahead on the foot steps of his father, Mr. Kaustubh Bhagwat developed the 100% Ethylene Oxide Cartridges, on his own. This Cartridge is used in ETO sterilizers (Sterilisers) and he also developed the ‘UNIQUE CARTRIDGE PUNCTURING DEVICE’ whereby the Cartridges can be punctured in vacuum conditions inside the ETO Sterilizer (Steriliser). The invention / developments made by Mr. Bhagwat & his son are acclaimed and accepted by many leading Surgeons & Scientists world over.

Our Achievement
"Introduced by us for FIRST TIME IN INDIA in the year 1980 our own fully indigenous ETHYLENE OXIDE GAS STERILIZER (STERILISER) & received the prestigious G.S. PARKHE Industrial Merit Prize & DAHANUKAR Entrepreneur Award". Since then nearly 1000 such sterilizers (Sterilisers) have been manufactured and supplied by us and are working successfully at various Hospitals, Medical Institutions in India and abroad.

We have even developed a WORLD CLASS CARTRIDGE PUNCTURING SYSTEM. whereby the cartridges can be punctured inside the chamber under vacuum conditions, thereby eliminating risk posed by Pure Ethylene Oxide, We also offer a very unique DUAL OPERATION MODEL whereby the user has the flexibility to either use refillable cylinders OR disposable cartridges. Available chamber capacities are from 1.5 cu.ft. to 8.0 cu.ft.

We have also introduced a GENUINELY SEMI- AUTOMATIC MODEL, with almost fully automated functions, chamber depth of 54” (137 cms), can conveniently accommodate up to 130 cms long Cardiac catheters without bending or coiling thereby leading to its enhanced life has become extremely popular with the CATH LAB MODEL fraternity.
